FurWall is an AI-powered service that transforms pet photos into personalized phone wallpapers. Users upload pet photos, select an artistic style, and receive AI-generated wallpapers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must only upload photos that you own or have the right to use.
  • You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. The AI-generated wallpapers are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. FurWall retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

5. Free and Paid Services

  • Free Tier: Users receive a limited number of free wallpaper generations. Free wallpapers include a watermark.
  • Paid Tier: Users may purchase wallpaper bundles to receive high-resolution, watermark-free wallpapers.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Creem. Prices are displayed before purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

7. AI-Generated Content

Wallpapers are generated by AI models. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We are not liable for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FurWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
